Bringing words to life

I have a wide tonal range and a variety of accents at my disposal to tell your story and tell it right. Whatever the project.

As a professionally trained actor, it made sense to get into voice-overs 15 years ago and I’ve been doing it ever since. My first job was dubbing the voice of prepubescent, football-playing boy, Orion Sherwind, in the anime series Inazuma 11 Go. Since then, I’ve voiced cartoons, electronic toys, TV series, documentaries and films, commercials, brand films, audiobooks, museum exhibitions, and performed in radio plays.

Oh, and I create Tiny Theatre - Monologues Live! A podcast and live show

Audio portfolio

Commercial: SUITSUIT

I narrated the new campaign film for the luxury luggage brand, SUITSUIT. They wanted a whimsical, wunderlusty voice-over to harness the essence of living life to the full. By Fine Tune Audio.

Film: The Other Violence

Narrating this experimental art film was a joy. I worked with director Michaël Sewandono to capture the subtle tonality of the narration he wanted. Like a dream that lingered.

Anime: Inazuma Eleven GO

For two seasons, I dubbed the lead — a young teenage boy named Orion Sherwind — and several minor characters in this anime series about out-of-this-world football.

Brand film: KOLEN

I narrated the most recent brand film for Dutch ceramic and natural stone designers KOLEN. The brief was to be whimsical and mysterious to appeal to listeners imaginations.

NEW Commercial: MG Motor — MG4 Electric

The new campaign for MG’s first electric car has just launched globally. I voiced the TV commercial and social ads for Europe (in a Transatlantic accent) and UK (in a British accent).

Commercial: Ploom Tech

In the world of voice-overs, versatility is key. From voicing children in cartoons to sensual narration, my training allows me to hit the right tone, whatever that may be.

Film: Audio Guide

In this short film written and directed by Kevin Tadge, a man steals a museum audio guide that turns out to be more than he expects. I am the voice of the audio guide.

Anime: Ori Princess

The first animation series to describe the daily life of China's emperor and his royals in Forbidden City. I dubbed Princess Sherrie and several minor characters into American English.

NEW Brand Film — sunchasers

I narrated the brand film for this new creative hub changing the face of Enschede, produced by TEN TEN. They wanted a relaxed, urban voice-over to match their vibe!

Commercial — Müüd

What’s the future of food? Kevin Tadge created this ad about an imagined company producing food pills. I was asked to bring a ‘trustworthy, but slightly unhinged’ narration to the project!

Film: Amsterdam Open Air

Are you ready for another love story? In a series of brand films for Amsterdam Open Air Festival that explore diversity and inclusivity, I narrated in both English and American English.

Commercial: VanMoof

The new VanMoof Smart bikes are packed with personality. I voiced two bike personalities (at 10 seconds, and 32 seconds) for VanMoof’s Smart S and X bikes.

TV series: Saint Mary

Over the years, I have dubbed a number of Iranian TV series into English. Most notably, Saint Mary, in which I dubbed the voice of Mary and several minor characters.

Stories for your ears

It began as a lockdown podcast. Now we are a live show, podcast, and growing rapidly. Tiny Theatre Monologues Live! is a concept created by me and Sairah Erens. It’s a platform for new work, where writers write 5-minute monologues, and actors perform them live.

I turn each live show into podcast episodes that can be listened to — for free — wherever you get your podcasts. It’s edited by me original music by James Cook.

Radio play: Helt Texas

In this powerful 3-part radio play by Punch Presentations, I play Sarah, an atmospheric scientist researching the Arctic. She encounters strongly opposing opinions about climate change, politics and the state of the world. It’s like a movie for your ears! Listen now.

Audio Theatre

Children’s book: The Selfish Giant

I jumped at the chance to read Oscar Wilde’s classic for a new online theatre platform, The Proscenium. The proscenium brings to life classics like this one and new plays written for audio. Listen now.

Radio play: Next Of Kin

I played Lily, the sour receptionist, in a new audio play written by online theatre platform The Proscenium. Next of Kin is a 30-minute radio play that follows a jobbing actor who, juggling dead-end part-time jobs, tries to find a way to be the success that he’d always dreamed he’d be. Listen now.
